Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our delivery options.
Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Temperature-Controlled Shipping
During warmer months (May through September), all orders are shipped with cold packs to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. This service is included at no additional cost.
For extreme heat conditions, we may delay shipping until temperatures are safe for chocolate delivery. We will notify you if this affects your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer support team
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
Please report any delivery issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
